New membership is by waitlist. Call the office or send us an email and our staff will take your details. If you have questions, or would like a short meet-and-greet with Dr. Shockey before deciding, just say so.
Quarterly option: $750 every three months ($3,000/year).
Membership is not health insurance and does not replace it. Members continue to carry their own coverage, and services covered by Medicare or a commercial plan are billed to that plan in the usual manner.
