How we handle information from this website.
What this notice covers
This notice describes what happens to information you submit through this website. It does not describe how the practice handles your medical records. Protected health information held by the practice is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is posted on this site and also available at the office.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no form anywhere on this site, no field to fill in, and no way to submit information through it. If you would like to be considered for the membership waitlist, call or email the office directly. There is no web form and the website itself receives none of that information. That is deliberate: the less information a website holds, the less there is to go wrong with it.
We do not ask for medical history, medications, diagnoses, symptoms, insurance details or identification numbers, here or anywhere else on this site. Please keep medical details out of email as well. If what you want to discuss concerns your health, call the office and we will talk it through by telephone or in person.
What the host can see
This website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, it records ordinary technical request data such as IP addresses and which pages were served. That is a normal part of serving a website and is not something we collect, store or look at.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics platform, no advertising pixel, no chat widget and no visitor tracking of any kind.
The site contacts no third party at all. Even the typefaces are served from this site's own server rather than loaded from Google Fonts, so opening a page here does not tell any other company that you did.
The waitlist
The membership waitlist is kept by the office, not by this website. If you are on it and would like your details removed, call 480-649-9000 and we will remove them.
